Troy Chaney

Troy is a highly experienced Quality Manager with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He leads an accomplished team of 6 Quality Assurance and Control specialists. Troy has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI), and has undergone extensive training in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Throughout his career, Troy has held various positions in Quality Management, starting as a Quality Control Inspector and working his way up to his current role as a Quality Manager at a leading manufacturing company. In his current role, Troy is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by the company meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Troy’s expertise lies in ensuring compliance with MC’s extensive certifications through a wide array of industries. His attention to detail aids in developing and implementing robust quality systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes. He has led numerous projects to reduce waste, improve product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. Troy is also an expert in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
In his spare time, Troy enjoys spending time with his family.
