Mike Vigne

Mike is a highly skilled financial controller with over 35 years of experience in the finance industry. He has a proven track record of success in managing complex financial operations and delivering financial guidance to several large manufacturer production facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region.
In 1998, he joined a national steel manufacturer as the Vice President and CFO, where he was responsible for forecasting financial performance and identifying areas for cost optimization. Additionally, he led the financial planning and analysis team and was responsible for managing the company’s budget, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
In 2003, Mike was recruited by a fast-growing steel fabricator to serve as their financial controller. He led the company’s financial operations and implemented financial controls to support the company’s rapid growth. He also worked closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans.
Mike’s expertise in financial management and analysis has earned him numerous accolades and recognition. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Outside of work, Mike is an active member of his community and enjoys volunteering his time to support various charitable organizations. He also enjoys his family and cheering on his Dallas Cowboys.
