Jason Pittman

Jason is a highly experienced Machining Manager with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. His passion for competitive mountain biking led him to work at Cannondale. Soon after joining their team, Jason was Machinist apprentice, working his way up the ranks to become a Shop Supervisor, and eventually a Shop Manager. Throughout his career, Jason has developed a deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and CNC programming, as well as a keen eye for identifying and solving production bottlenecks.As a Machine Shop Manager, Jason has led successful complex projects on DoD and DoT, including the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, the integration of new technologies and equipment, and the optimization of production schedules. He has a proven track record of increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving quality standards.
Jason has a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and works closely with his team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
In his free time, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. He is also a mentor to several young professionals in the manufacturing industry and is actively involved in local community organizations that support workforce development and education.
