Darin Mauzy

Darin is the Vice President of Operations at MCS. With over 25 years of experience as a member of the US Air Force, his passion is focused on team organization and professional development. Darin completed his undergraduate in Aeronautical Science and graduate work in Strategic Communications. In his role as Vice President of Operations at MCS, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, administrative oversight, supply chain management, project management, and quality assurance. Darin has a proven track record of delivering results and driving operational efficiency.
Partnered with Director Rik Roman, Darin has led MCS to streamline its operations and improved its bottom line, resulting in increased production efficiency and expansion in core markets. He has implemented innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs and has fostered a culture of continuous improvement within the organization utilizing Lean Six Sigma processes.
Darin is a strong advocate for employee development and has created several programs to support professional growth and training. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been named to the Bedford County Development Association Board of Directors. 
In his free time, Darin enjoys time with his family, coaching team sports and auto racing.
